Sethuram Tamilarasan

Founder & Director

Sethuram Tamilarasan brings a multidisciplinary and purpose-driven perspective to AGSEYON, combining engineering excellence, public policy insight, human resource development, and sustainability leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the prestigious Madras Institute of Technology (MIT), a Master’s degree in Product Design & Commerce from PSG College of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Management from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Trichy.

He has served as an Academician and a Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Fellow, working closely with government institutions on policy formulation, program implementation, and impact assessment. In parallel, Sethuram has extensive experience as a Human Resource Trainer, engaging with youth, professionals, and institutions to strengthen leadership capability, employability skills, and organizational effectiveness.

His consulting experience spans product design, green and climate-focused projects, environmental solutions, socio-economic development initiatives, agriculture-based programs, and capacity-building interventions. At AGSEYON, he provides strategic direction, policy alignment, and human capital development, ensuring that sustainability solutions are innovative, compliant, people-centric, socially impactful, and scalable.

Nagaraj Muniyandi

Co-Founder & Director

Nagaraj Muniyandi brings strong expertise in mechanical engineering, product innovation, manufacturing systems, and youth entrepreneurship development to AGSEYON. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE), a Master’s degree in Product Design & Commerce from PSG College of Technology,

He has served as an Assistant Professor and has extensive experience in project consultancy for manufacturing, product design, and new product development, supporting organizations in translating concepts into efficient, scalable, and market-ready solutions. Alongside his technical work, Nagaraj has been actively involved in mentoring and nurturing youth entrepreneurship, guiding aspiring innovators and early-stage entrepreneurs in product development, process optimization, and enterprise creation.

At AGSEYON, Nagaraj leads engineering innovation, technical solution design, and project execution, integrating entrepreneurship-driven thinking with operational excellence. His approach focuses on building robust, sustainable, and economically viable solutions that deliver long-term value while supporting inclusive growth and innovation-led development.
